  • Reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Responsible for all Front of the House Outlets: Rustica(s), Stoney #39;s Bar and Grill, The Patio, The Market, The Golf Course Snack Bar, and over 100 Golf Events, Meetings and Weddings.
  • Primary focus on leading, planning, and executing banquet operations.
  • Exceeding customer expectations by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building a relationship with customers and residents.
  • Maintaining operations by implementing and monitoring policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with the Salesamp; Event team and guiding the Front of House Team in executing events.
  • Ensuring all the equipment and work areas are clean, safe to use, and properly working.
  • Monitoring staff performance and provide coaching, training or mentorship as required.
  • Providing solutions to the guest complaints, ensuring guests are satisfied and sharing guest concernsamp; feedback with the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Monitoring and ensuring completion of all opening and closing procedures for events.
  • Administrate weekly staff schedule and ensure adherence to the budget.
  • Coaching employees on cost controls and implement best practices to ensure financial responsibility.
  • Following company guidelines, create a culture of Healthamp; Safety for our guests and the Front of House Team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED requires. A diploma or degree in hospitality is an asset.
  • Driver #39;s license is required.
  • ProServe Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of Food and Beverage/ Restaurant / Outlet Manager / Banquet experience is required.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada full-time.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours.
  • Experience with the restaurant point of sale system is an required.
  • Able to work overtime is a requirement.
  • Able to lift, push or pull up to 40Ibs.
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
