Job Description

Our service commitment, SERVICE BEYOND, set us apart from our competitors.We are currently seeking a Full Time Housekeeper for our Silvertip Resort, Canmore location. As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of staff accommodation, main club house, and all public areas. This position is a key member of the team who will contribute to the overall luxury experience that we aim to provide our guests.Why Silvertip Resort:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and cleaning common areas on the resort and the clubhouse/office areas to the highest quality and completing scheduled tasks on time.
  • Maintaining and cleaning staff accommodation common areas as well as bedrooms upon departure checkout.
  • Cleaning and tidying up after events, ensuring that all areas used are restored to their original condition promptly.
  • Adapting from working in a team environment to working independently.
  • Assisting with all other housekeeping services as needed and keep a good line of communication.
  • Participating in all Occupational Health and Safety standards set for the department.
General Requirements:
  • Position requires flexibility in shifts and schedule and evening/weekend work is required.
  • Previous cleaning experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs, bend, twist, kneel, and stand for a full shift.
  • Manual dexterity is required.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Must possess safe work habits with an awareness of safe work procedures.
  • Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and can wear latex or non-latex gloves when using chemicals.
