Job Description

An award-winning law firm is looking to add a talented Corporate Associate Lawyer proficient in mergers and acquisitions (M amp;A) to their team.   • 5+ years of corporate/transactional law experience required
  • Experience in corporate M amp;A, real estate transactions, commercial lending, and private equity required
  • Experience representing sellers and purchasers in business transactions, M amp;A, asset purchase agreements, closing documents, securities agreements restructuring, compliance, and governance
  • Experience with small businesses and entity formation, selection, structure, and exit strategies
  • Admitted to practice in Alberta
