Job Description

Food and Beverage Manager Stone Creek Resorts Inc. are the world-class golf resorts in the most beautiful natural surroundings, Silvertip Resort in Alberta and Eagle Ranch Resort in British Columbia.   • Providing culinary experience to our guests and residents as per our Service commitment, Service Beyond.
  • Exceeding customer expectations by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building a relationship with customers and residents.
  • Maintaining operations by implementing policies and standard operating.
  • Supporting the salesamp; event team and guiding Foodamp; Beverage team in executing events.
  • Ensuring all the equipment and work areas are clean, safe to use, and properly working.
  • Providing weekly and monthly updates and reports to General Manager on restaurant revenue, customer feedback and Inventory management.
  • Monitoring staff performance and provide coaching, training or mentorship as required.
  • Providing solutions to the guest complaints, ensuring guests are satisfied and sharing guest concernsamp; feedback with the manager.
  • Monitoring and ensuring completion of all opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
  • Approving weekly staff schedule.
  • Coaching employees on cost controls and implement best practices to ensure financial responsibility.
  • Developing yearly Budgets and getting the budget approved by the General Manager.
  • Following company Healthamp; Safety guidelines and maintaining a safe, secure and healthy workplace.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED requires. A diploma or degree in hospitality is an asset.
  • Driver #39;s license is required.
  • ProServe Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of Foodamp; Beverage Leadership / Fine dining restaurant experience is required.
  • Extensive wine knowledge or a certified sommelier is an asset.
  • Should be eligible to work in Canada full-time.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours.
  • Experience with the restaurant point of sale system is an asset.
  • Able to work overtime is a requirement.
  • Able to lift, push or pull up to 40Ibs.
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
