The plant runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a weekDaily Duties- Loading and unloading trucks of raw and cleaned bulk grain- Lead and execute product flow from raw material to cleaned grain- Conduct product sampling and analysis, and maintain associated documentation- Achieve high standards of quality control and customer specifications- Operate equipment to maximize yield and efficiency- Service and maintain equipment as required- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area- Some labourer duties when required such as shoveling materialsSkills and Abilities- 1 to 2 years grain cleaning experience a definite asset- Farm background is a must- Mechanical skills a must- Ability to work on ladders and catwalks- Must not be afraid of heights- Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative with minimum supervision- Must have flexibility with hours of worknight shifts are required- Excellent oralamp; written communication skills- Possess positive leadership skills- Ability to work with other employees with a positive attitude- Possess critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to work with others- Continuous learning required
