The Carstairs Community Golf Club is an 18-hole, semi-private facility located 30 minutes north of Calgary.We are looking for positive, highly motivated applicants to join our company. The Turf Care staff is built on hardworking and energetic individuals who can work in a team environment to help provide members and guests with an everlasting experience when visiting our property.Qualifications Include:· Valid driver’s license or reliable means of transportation· Frequent walking, standing, raking, and shoveling.· Capable of occasionally lifting 25-50 lbs.· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.· Available to work early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.· Ability to work in varying weather conditions (sun, rain, wind).· Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Include:· Ground maintenance including mowing, bunker care, hand watering along with general tasks such as divot repair and line trimming.· Operation of powered equipment such as ride mowers, utility vehicles and golf carts around the golf course.· Maintain the operation and appearance of the powered equipment.· Setting up the golf course. (Ex. moving pins, changing tee blocks, emptying garbage’s and cleaning on course washrooms).· Changing and filling ball washer water.· Raking and maintaining sand traps.· Deliver an awesome experience to members, guests, and your coworkers.· Willingness to learn new tasks.Employee compensation:· Salary $15.00 / hour· Fun work environment· Perks will be further discussed in personSchedule:Full-time 5 & 2 Schedule – Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat· 8 hour shifts on weekdays· 3 hour shifts on weekendsPart-time 5 & 2 Schedule – Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat· 5 hour shifts on weekdays· 3 hour shifts on weekendsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: From $15.00 per hourSchedule:
