• Work with Agent/Owner to establish strategic and marketing initiatives
• Work closely with owner to establish goals, targets, and strategic initiatives
• Hold various areas accountable to the firms goals
• Manage and oversee multiple Team Members in 2 different locations
• Work with Team to Deliver 5 Star Sales and Service experience
• Deliver on goals with in the group around cross selling / up selling, and many other target based programs.
• Manage a client contact program to enhance our customer #39;s insurance and financial experience.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
• Management and sales experience (required)
• Educations in a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset.
