This Developer is well positioned for the current market conditions with a strong portfolio of purposed built rental projects in the pipeline. ⸻The Role: Senior Project Manager – Residential High-RiseWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the design and construction of a 25-story rental tower in Toronto. This role will oversee the project from design development and pre-construction through to project delivery. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will ensure that the project is executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.
