Job Description

Polygon is looking for an Acquisitionsamp; Development Coordinator to provide support to the Fraser Valley Development Team. This position will be based out of Polygon #39;s newly established Fraser Valley office in Langley.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the mapping and databasing of land opportunities in target markets
  • Interact with agents, landowners, and other development companies in order to gather information and qualify development opportunities.
  • Provide support to the development services department to ensure the smooth and expedient submission of planning applications
  • Process cheque requests, Letters of Credits, invoices and project cost control reports
  • Assist with the preparation of municipal permit applications
  • Communicate with consultants regarding fee proposals and invoicing
Requirements:
  • University-level education (or equivalent)
  • A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • High level of computer proficiency and analytical skills
