Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Net Leased Investment Team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial modeling support to our brokerage team. You will work closely with brokers to prepare financial packages, conduct market research, and analyze lease and sale comparables. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, has excellent analytical skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with real estate valuations, including preparation of tenancy schedules, cashflow projections and investment analysis
  • Assist in property valuation using various methodologies and willingness to learn how to develop financial models.
  • Prepare and review financial due diligence
  • Research, analyze and catalogue industry and market data
  • Collect real estate market information, maintain research databases and staying updated on latest trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapes within the real estate industry.
  • Assist with producing marketing materials, offering memorandums, brochures and market reports
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in finance, real estate, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Experience with Argus software is a bonus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
