Some of our notable projects include Tesoro, North Harbour, Emerson, Axis - and many more to come.Bosa Construction is looking for a Geomatic Technician to help support our sites in capturing the construction process in a format that can check quality and correctness. This role will play a vital part in gathering and delivering data to our construction sites, enabling our construction professionals to convert it into practical insights that would contribute to the project #39;s success.Key Responsibilities- Assist in collecting, processing, and analysing geospatial data using a 3D Laser Scanner;- Maintain and troubleshoot scanner equipment as necessary;- Review field survey data, notes and calculations as required to ensure they are in alignment with the needs of our clients and appropriate regulations.The ideal candidate is able to adapt on the fly and proactively manage not only their own schedule, but also their deadlines. While you are able to work collaboratively, you are self-managed and effective working autonomously as well. You understand the importance of accuracy, quality, and precision in every aspect of your work with the significance of being timely.Skills and Experience- Degree, diploma in Geomatics Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field;- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair.- Academic experience in Procore, Excel, Revit, MS Project, Bluebeam, and other construction related software;- Excellent interpersonal skills, to be able to communicate with both site and office teams;- Previous site experience will be considered a strong asset;- A valid driver #39;s license, in addtion to reliable transportation is essential for project site visits.Your RewardsWe value our people and aim to treat them right, evolving our total rewards package often based on their input.
