BWXT Medical Ltd. is part of the BWXT nuclear power segment (NPG) of BWX Technologies, Inc.BWXT Medical is recruiting for a full-time Quality Control Technician for our facility in Vancouver, BC, Canada.Location of Work : On-site, 4004 Wesbrook Mall, Vancouver.RESPONSIBILITIES : Perform quality control analysis of products and raw materials. You will be responsible for specific administrative duties. You will follow ongoing production processes for conformance to operating procedures, product specification, GMP regulations and ISO standards. Maintain accurate records of observations, results and data evaluations. Perform other duties related to this job and this level as required.QUALIFICATIONS:- Normally Technologist Diploma (3 years) in a Science discipline plus 2-5 years of relevant experience.- Must possess effective communication skills.- Demonstrate ability to adapt to change and work well in a team environment.Additional Requirements:- Works under general direction and guidance. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
