THE DEPARTMENTThe mission of the Technical Design department is to develop the architectural vision and strategy across our stores, distribution centers, support offices, and concierge centers.THE OPPORTUNITYAritzia is growing, and our Architecture team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing and executing on a wide variety of elevated spaces including new stores in exciting markets, state-of-the-art 500K sqft distribution centers and innovative office spaces. As the Sr. Architectural Technologist, Technical Design, you will support in executing accurate and detailed architectural drawings representative of the creative vision to achieve a best-in-class, brand-propelling in-store experience.   • To ensure our designs meet all regulatory, code, and permitting requirements
  • To design, manage, and coordinate all specialty design documentation
  • To develop and manage all technical design documentation as it relates to functional drawing sections.
  • To design and maintain catalogues across specialty elements for our spaces, while continuously innovating our designsamp; approach.
QUALIFICATIONSThe Sr. Architectural Technologist, Technical Design has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Building Technology, CAD and other AEC Applications
  • An understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate
  • An understanding of Aritzia #39;s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences
