Job Description

We are a Microsoft team with growth culture. We are responsible for a highly scalable Microsoft Forms service that serves worldwide customers with SAAS architecture. The service makes it simple for both information workers of enterprises and educators of schools to collect results of surveys and assessments, and generate insights through automatic data analysis and AI, whether on desktop or mobile.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the technical development of Microsoft Forms, ensuring that they meet our customers #39; needs while maintaining a high level of reliability and performance.If you are a highly motivated and talented engineer with a passion for building scalable, reliable, and performant services, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our Microsoft Forms team.

  • Bachelor #39;s Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java
  • Effective technical leadership skills and experience leading feature areas design, implementation, experiments and releases
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR Master #39;s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with cloud services is a plus.
  • Demonstrated understanding of software development best practices, such as agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
  • Passion for building high-quality software that delivers real value to customers.

  • Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, and performant services that integrate with Microsoft 365 and related products.
