In supporting UBC #39;s transition to an enterprise Workday Enterprise Resource Planning ( quot;ERP quot;) Cloud-based system, the ISC provides single, integrated service that includes Financial and Human Capital management services and Student and Enterprise Planning. The ISC will seek to continuously improve and adapt to future needs and requirements of UBC while providing a simple, intuitive, consistent user experience for UBC students, staff, faculty, and community partners.The Security Administrator is responsible for consulting with users to determine access provisions, security requirements, assigning roles in reference to specific requests and to meet business needs. The incumbent will support other security administrators on the team with Security Configurations and/or setup as requested and/or assigned. The incumbent will be involved with post and pre-activities for tenant refresh. The Incumbent implements security standards in alignment with the UBC Chief Information Security Office ( quot;CISO quot;).Organizational StatusThe Security Administrator reports to the Delivery Manager and works closely with other security administrators, application teams, systems and network architecture teams, project managers, and managers of functional areas within the greater Administrative Systems portfolio, as well as with cross functional teams and individuals from across UBC.Work Performed
