Whether you #39;re taking direction from the Lead Hand, Water Technician, or Lead Carpenter, you #39;re a team player who contributes to smooth and efficient project execution. You #39;re hands-on, assisting with material handling, climbing ladders, lifting, and navigating tight spaces like attics and crawlspaces. Every day brings a new opportunity to learn and grow, especially when it comes to mastering procedures for environmental work.You treat property owners and co-workers with respect, always maintaining a professional attitude. On-site, you stay mindful of company policies like smoking regulations and ensure customer questions are passed along to the appropriate team lead. You remain ready and willing to respond to after-hours emergencies, and your teamwork shines through as you support your crew, look out for others, and help wherever you #39;re needed most.Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in construction, restoration, or general cleaning work (preferred)
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid, unrestricted driver #39;s license - FULL G ONLY
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in confined or tight spaces
