Hiring: Dedicated Part-time Cleaner 15 – 25 hrs per week with a flexible schedule.Salary: $15.00 per hrOverview: We strive to create a Resort environment that feels cozy and loved. The candidate will diligently care for, ensure thorough cleanliness and guest readiness for 12 log style buildings. The primary focus is on rental cottages, motel rooms, office spaces, and event facilities.Job Requirements: - Deliver a first-class customer experience by ensuring that all rental cottages and Resort facilities are loved, clean, stocked, and ready for guest use.- Communicate with other departments concerning cottage and housekeeping operations.- Create and maintain an inventory of all supplies and materials for use in rental cottages and motel rooms.- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.- Promptly reports any safety concerns.- Observe precautions required to protect clients and other staff during COVID, including the health and safety of clients, staff and client property.- Conduct themselves with the utmost honesty and discretion, report damage, theft, and found articles.Qualifications:- Minimum 3-5 years housekeeping experience. Commercial preferred.- Must possess exceptional eye for detail and display a hands-on approach to cleaning.- Must be flexible and accept changes in daily routine while completing priorities.- Must have means of transport to rural environment, 20 min outside the city of Miramichi.- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Highly responsible & reliableWork Environment: - This is a privately owned developing Nature Resort property with a combination of facilities and uses.- Work is performed indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions during the day or night.Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): - Must be able to easily and regularly squat, sit on knees and regain a standing position without assistance.- Lift in excess of 50lbs.Probationary period of 6 weeks applies to new hires.Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 20 per weekSalary: From $15.00 per hourSchedule:
