Chester’s Cafe is looking for a part time baker to join our growing team:- The job involves baking a variety of desserts such as cookies, cupcakes, brownies and squares, pies, and muffins- The position allows for creativity, recipe creation, designing new baked goods, and holiday menu design- Ability for upward movement in the company to head baker or kitchen manager after 1-2 years- Looking for someone who is happy to learn new skills and work collaboratively in a fun small team.Requirements:- Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years of previous bakery experience- Has a degree in pastry arts or several years’ experience in a bakery instead of formal education.- Ability to lift up to 20kg bags of flour and sugar- Valid Food Handlers Certificate- Flexible hours: Morning shift, Afternoon shift or Evening shiftSalary dependent on experience: (Straight out of school - $16/hour, with a few years of good past experience - around $18-20 per hour)Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, CasualPart-time hours: 20 - 40 per weekSalary: $16.00-$20.00 per hourBenefits:
