Tanner & Co. Brewing, Chesters destination brewery, is searching for passionate beer-loving individuals to help our guests have a memorable beer experience.We’re looking for hardworking folks that love to talk about beer, entertain people, and of course sell stuff. Don’t worry if you have no previous experience in a brewery setting; if you’re passionate and willing to learn, we’re willing to teach you.The position is flexible and can be part-time or full-time, working primarily Wednesday through Sunday.Duties & Responsibilities: Greeting and interacting with guests and other team members in a friendly and fun wayWalking our guests through our different beer styles, providing information, and answering questionsFilling growlers, selling bottles & cansCollecting cash through our POS systemBussing and resetting tables in the taproomCompleting all paperwork involved in day-to-day operations (inventory, cash reports, etc.)Occasionally working the local farmers market(s) and special tasting eventsAssisting with some cellar duties (primarily cleaning)Working the bottling line and packaging beerGeneral cleaning dutiesSkills & Qualifications: Excellent People Skills!
