The successful candidate will work as a full member of the Cobequid Family Support Team, providing direct support to children, youth and families of schools in the Cobequid Family and will assist in navigating children, youth and their families to services and resources in the community. The Community Outreach Worker will work collaboratively with other school and agency staff to ensure that the student and/ or their family have timely access to services and programs required. This position is also responsible for the facilitation of after school programming and group programming throughout the school day which may require flexibility with the successful candidates work schedule.Minimum Requirements - BSW degree preferred;
