Job Description

Securiguard is currently looking for highly motivated and hard-working individual to work the UFV Campus. This position requires an OFA 2 (Intermediate) certification, and security experience in a similar role, this position also requires weekend availability.   • Providing excellent customer service to the client, students, and the public
  • OFA 2 response for all first aid incidents
  • Security desk duties including CCTV monitoring
  • Responding to client requests
  • Responding to emergency service requests
  • Patrolling duties including regular building patrols, inspections of data server rooms and temperature gauge monitoring.
  • Report writing
  • Reporting site incidents to Operations Managers
Candidate Requirements:
  • Valid BC security license
  • OFA 2 certificate
  • At least 6 months of security experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Being professional and accountable at all times
  • Basic computer skills and an ability to use systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
