If you are a hands-on problem solver with a knack for repairs and upkeep, we encourage you to apply!Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system repairs.Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues.Repair and maintain building fixtures, equipment, and systems.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address urgent repairs.Maintain tools and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks.Assist with renovations, upgrades, and installations as needed.Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.RequirementsQualifications:Proven experience as a General Maintenance Worker or similar role.Strong working knowledge of various maintenance systems, tools, and equipment.Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentLanguage: French and English Proficiency MANDATORYBenefitsAdditional pay:
