Job Description

We are a team of 16,000 dedicated employees.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Schedule all preventative and corrective maintenance activities
  • Preparation and distribution of efficient Weekly Shut-Down jobs
  • Ordering and expediting of required parts to execute scheduled work
  • Participate in Daily Maintenance Meetings
  • Maintain records of work completed using computerized maintenance management system
  • Support Maintenance Supervisor as required during preventative and corrective maintenance activities
  • Participate in process improvement and reliability initiatives within the Maintenance group
  • Align and Coordinate Contractors used to supplement regular Maintenance Staff
  • Validate satisfactory completion of scheduled and executed work
  • Other tasks as assigned
Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate work with other internal departments
  • Prior maintenance planner/scheduler experience is an asset.
  • Post-Secondary Education or Licensed in a trade would be considered an asset
