  • Respond to incoming calls or emails and provide required information (high call volume).
  • Greet incoming visitors at reception and notify the appropriate person of arrival.
  • Maintain and update telephone lists.
  • Maintain reception area and nearby boardrooms.
  • Manage scanning for electronic mail.
  • Provide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the table:
  • College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office
  • Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Bilingual: French-English Requires answering calls and providing service to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis.
