Repair Advisor/Damage Collision EstimatorJob Summary: (Willing to relocate to Calgary)

• The role is responsible for writing quality appraisal sheets for automotive and collision repair and providing exceptional customer service.
• The accountabilities of the role are focused on two main areas: accurate repair advice and customer delight.

This position reports to the Store General Manager.The Appraiser / Estimator is responsible for:

• Assessing vehicle damage and creating an initial repair order estimate.
• Maintaining regular contact with the insurance companies to advise on vehicle repair status.
• Primary point of contact for customers during and after the repair by providing information, repair updates, and a high level of service throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Valid status in Canada and can work for any employer without need for sponsorship.
• Ability to write collision repair estimates.
• 3 years experience in appraisal writing.
• Knowledgeable in repair estimating software (Mitchellcloud and/or Audatex).
• Knowledgeable in various Insurance “DRP” practices/guidelines.
• Effective multi-tasker that values superior customer experience.
• Ability to work in a team orientedenvironment.
• Above average communication skills.
• Detail Oriented and highly organized.
