Journeyman Automotive TechnicianLocation: Saskatoon, SaskatchewanPosition Overview:We are currently seeking a certified Journeyman Automotive Technician for our esteemed client in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This role is ideal for a highly skilled individual who is passionate about automotive repair and maintenance and is committed to providing exceptional service quality.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all services meet quality standards.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to accurately identify vehicle issues and propose viable solutions.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of all repair orders.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and attend training sessions to enhance technical skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining technical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to customers.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Journeyman Automotive Technician with a valid Red Seal endorsement.
  • Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace regulations.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
