Job Description

HSE Integrated is looking to hire a Site Administrator to join our British Columbia team assisting with pro-active COVID testing.Job SummaryThe Administrator is responsible for administering and managing the employee testing paperwork. The administrator will also work closely with the testing team to ensure a smooth and efficient testing process.Duties/ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage inbound/outbound employee paperwork.Ensure all paperwork is logged and filed according to Corporate requirementsEnsure that the station level safety files are maintained to the requirements of the HSE ManagerAssist with maintaining hard and electronic filing systems as required by corporate rules and governanceMaintain strict confidentiality in relation to employee informationMaintain an open and clear communication with all managers and field employees should assistance be requiredPerform other duties and projects as directed by the ManagerEmployees Safety ResponsibilitiesBe familiar with, and work in accordance with health and safety legislation and company policies and proceduresTake reasonable care to use safety and personal protective equipment as required by health and safety legislation and company policies and proceduresImmediately report any incident or condition believed to be hazardous to workers health or safety to HSE Integrated supervision and managementRefuse the work if danger is imminent or not controlledRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience1 2 years of direct work experience in a administrative capacityStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to maintain filing systems and basic databasesStrong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive teamStrong customer service orientationOther DetailsThis job posting communicates the top priorities for success and does not reflect the entire role; a complete job description will be provided to those in the final interview process.We welcome all qualified candidates to apply, the diversity of our workforce reflects the communities we serve.Professional references may be required from former hiring manager(s) and former supervisor(s).
