The Pandemic Healthcare Worker does not provide medical advice or diagnoses.REPORTS TO: Supervisor, Assessment Centre & Pandemic Healthcare WorkersDATE REQUIRED: As soon as possibleSALARY: $18.00/hourQUALIFICATIONS:Education:- Minimum Grade 12 educationExperience: Experience and/or understanding of medical terminology and practices is an asset. A minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service role preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to listen, understand, and respond appropriately to a wide range of stakeholders.Abilities:- Ability to follow standards, processes and procedures.
