POSTING DATE: June 16, 2022 POSITION #326-22 (Non Union)HURON PERTH HEALTHCARE ALLIANCENOTICE OF VACANCYPOSITION: Pandemic Healthcare WorkerPrimary Sites: Clinton and SeaforthTemporary Part-time x5(days, nights, weekends, evenings shifts)POSITION SUMMARY: The Pandemic Healthcare Worker is responsible for ensuring that potentially infectious entrants to the Hospital are directed appropriately during an outbreak or pandemic situation, as well as other activities related to maintaining an effective pandemic response for the Hospital. The Pandemic Healthcare Worker does not provide medical advice or diagnoses.REPORTS TO: Supervisor, Assessment Centre & Pandemic Healthcare WorkersDATE REQUIRED: As soon as possibleSALARY: $18.00/hourQUALIFICATIONS:Education:- Minimum Grade 12 educationExperience: Experience and/or understanding of medical terminology and practices is an asset. A minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service role preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to listen, understand, and respond appropriately to a wide range of stakeholders.Abilities:- Ability to follow standards, processes and procedures.
