  • Stay Ahead: With your keen eye, ensure our Coffee Bar stays ahead in terms of quality, standards, and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote our vision and goals, ensuring they resonate through every brew and customer interaction.
  • Monitor inventory, collaborate with the purchasing team, and make sure our beans are always fresh.
  • Train the team on the nuances of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and upselling strategies.
  • Maintain an exceptional standard of customer service, ensuring every cup we serve becomes a memory.
  • Adhere to all Food Safety standards, making sure every sip our customer takes is safe and delicious.
  • Engage in collaborative relationships with departmental and store leadership.
About You:
  • You #39;re no stranger to the world of retail with over 12 months of experience, including at least 6 months in a leadership role.
  • You possess a Pro-Serve certification.
  • Your knowledge about products, merchandising, and inventory management is advanced.
  • Interpersonal skills They #39;re your forte! You #39;re a team builder, a motivator, and a relationship curator.
  • You #39;re tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office, Teams, Emails, and other operational applications.
