Find out more about our programs and impact at www.raisingthevillage.org.The OpportunityAs the Associate Director of Partnerships, you #39;ll be able to accelerate your fundraising career at a fast-growing organization that uses a data-driven approach to help last-mile communities in Sub-Saharan Africa build household incomes.The Associate Director of Partnerships will support RTV’s fundraising efforts through the ongoing management and expansion of our growing portfolio of philanthropic foundations, government partners, and CSR funders. You will work across the Communications, Planning Evaluation and Learning, and Programs teams to foster a deep understanding of our program model, and will be comfortable using data-informed impact metrics to engage effectively with funders, demonstrating the value and impact of our work. This position will work closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Associate Director of Grants Management, and Partnerships Coordinator, and will play an integral role in contributing to the organization’s ambitious impact and growth strategy.The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker with a strong background in fundraising with local and international philanthropic foundations. You are someone who is an excellent communicator, a strong writer, and a solutions-minded problem solver. You enjoy finding new ways to engage with people, and thrive in dynamic environments that foster opportunities for meaningful connections.
