We are looking for a conscientious, energetic person to join North Star Ford as a Service Advisor / Writer at our Cochrane location!The Service Advisor is the primary contact for our customers and they make sure every customer is provided with the best service experience from start to finish every visit! The Service Advisor will be responsible for scheduling automotive service work for the service department and selling recommended or required services to customersHours: Monday to Friday rotation between the hours of 6:00am - 6:00pm, NO Nights, NO Weekends!Pay: 60K to 85K per yearQualifications: · 1-3 years’ working experience in a customer service or sales position.· Previous automotive or equipment dealership experience is an asset.· Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.· Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.· Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.· Must have valid driver’s license and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.Benefits: We have an excellent benefits package that includes extended health and dental coverage, including 100% prescription cost coverage, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture etc. We also provide Long Term Disability, plus the Ford Pension Plan after one year of service.As important as all of the above is, at North Star Ford we only consider people that have an attitude of service to our customers and our teammates!
