You will also be responsible for supervising one other administrative staff within the Operations Support Program for the Kananaskis Region. Your extensive knowledge and experience in these areas, accompanied by your ability to understand complex payment systems, and coding structures and ability to provide an integrated and consistent delivery, are expected for all program streams in the branch. As the successful candidate, you should be a self‐starter with strong initiative, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.QualificationsEducation:

  • High school diploma and three years of experience working with financial/budget administration, personnel administration and general administrative work as part of your regular duties.
  • Equivalencies will be considered: Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of: one year of education for one year of experience or one year of experience for one year of education.
Assets:
  • Advanced level in contract and financial management
  • Advanced level computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience supervising staff
  • Experience with Government of Alberta and ministry specific computer programs and applications (including 1GX, BERNIE, ARTS) and various database platforms
