. Location is in Cochrane. This position is ideal for someone living in Cochrane or nearby.· Full time· Must be available daytime, weekdays (there are NO weekend or evening hours)· Start time is between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM· Duties include cleaning common areas of condominium buildings (hallways, elevators, entrances, recreation areas, guest suite, etc)· Duties include wiping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing light bulbs, etc.· Must be physically fit, able to walk, kneel, bend, climb stairs, climb a ladder, lift up to 10 lbs, reach overhead· Must have very good written and verbal English communication skills· Must be able to use email and text messaging for communication. Your own cell phone is required· Must be able to work on your own and independently· Training will be provided· Equipment and supplies needed for cleaning will be provided· Positive work environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $17.00 per hourBenefits:
