Customer Service Representative - Jobs in Cochrane, AB

CLS Landscape is looking to grow our team with a great team of Customer Service Representatives. Job duties will include:

Ensure CLS has a clean and organized office to facilitate the movement of landscape supplies
Ensure that safe work practices are applied to all aspects of your job
Become familiar with all products that CLS carries, how these products relate to each other, and how they are incorporated into a landscape project
Create a rapport with customers and provide a welcoming and helpful experience to all
Educate customers on the products and services CLS Landscape Supply offers
Assist customers both in the office and in the yard as required to show them their options
Produce customer invoices, sales receipts, and refunds
Aid in quote generation and customer follow up
Coordinate information and schedule deliveries for orders
Receive payments and communicate account balances to customers
Receive inventory and coordinate product delivery/pickup with customers
Answer the phone and respond to voicemails and emails
Perform daily cleaning procedures - including stocking shelves, dusting, and general upkeep
Show up for work at the site at your scheduled start time
Work full time hours as per posted schedule, with Â½ an hour of unpaid lunch
Manager will contact before 7:00 am in the case of weather cancellations
Abide by CLS rules of conduct
