COMPANY DESCRIPTION4iiii Innovations Inc. is a Canadian sports technology company based in Cochrane, Alberta. 4iiii Innovations Inc. is dedicated to improving personal performance through the development of superior training tools, including cycling power meters, heart rate monitors, and cycling trainers for the outdoor and indoor cycling and fitness markets. The company seeks to build not only the best and most accurate equipment but to do so at an affordable price so that every athlete can gain the benefits of better training. We’re seeking temporary full-time Manufacturing Operators to join our manufacturing team in Cochrane, Alberta. The position will initially be for 3-4 months with the possibility of an extension.DEPARTMENT SUMMARY

  • Provide customers with the best possible quality product and turnaround time
  • Produce power meters to meet the demands of our customers (quality and quantity)
  • Build and package subassemblies to support offsite production facilities
  • Repair defective products, determine and record root causes to improve our products and processes
ROLE SUMMARY The Manufacturing Operator is primarily responsible for assembling and installing power meters, as well as testing and calibrating them. This role also glues housings and applies drive side gauges when needed. This position helps with RMA analysis when required. Ensuring units are fully functional and assembled correctly, and packaged properly before sending them to Shipping & Receiving is also an important part of this role. Finally, a Manufacturing Operator ensures that all facets of quality are maintained throughout the assembly process by identifying potential issues and reporting them to the supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma
  • Able to follow instructions, keep track of processes and remaining completely focussed on the task at hand
  • Ability to be organized and keep workspace tidy
  • Proven manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
  • Effectively communicate with supervisor and coworkers
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Familiar with light hand tools and power tools
  • Place a priority on upholding quality standards
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL DETAILS
  • Working on-site at 4iiii location is required
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30 kg
  • Overtime as required
  • Standing or sitting for extended period of time
  • Involves repetitive motions that can stress arms, back, shoulders and/or wrists
