If you are an experienced and qualified individual, seize this opportunity to work on projects that matter to you and to the communities in which we work.DetourIn this position you will make travel arrangements to get employees and personnel to and from the project site. Provide administrative support and clerical services to ensure the office is operating efficiently and effectively.Additional tasks will include but are not limited to:Booking reservations for a large number of people.Working with camp administration to organize check in and check out procedures.Maintain and set up detailed excel spreadsheets for rotational workers.General administrative duties as required.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years experience.A certificate in Office Administration, however, any significant combination of training and experience will be considered.Strong, thorough knowledge and practical use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and detail oriented.Must be able to work on a rotational work schedule.Project based position.What We Believe InSafetySafety is a moral obligation.
