You will build, coach and lead the sales team and be responsible for the departments performance and engagement. You take pride in providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients. You will assist in managing the inventory (new & used) as well as the lot presentation. You set and monitor sales targets and support your sales team in reaching these goals.What we are looking for:You are an experienced customer service guru that is able to take a customer inquiry and turn it into an appointment with ease. You are a great multi-tasker and can keep the department on track and running smoothly. You are highly motivated with your previous sales experience and passion for growing a business. You have the desire to follow your own direction and are not afraid of challenges and change. You have the ability to effectively lead, manage and delegate. You have a passion for cars or a desire to learn. You have a proven track record in automotive sales or finance and/or sales management.
