JOB OVERVIEW:You will be responsible for ensuring your building looks clean, presentable, and inviting. Some of the duties and responsibilities include maintaining common areas, and washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down the glass and other surfacesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Clean offices, auditoriums, class rooms, washrooms, kitchen, dining areas, halls,entrances/exits, reception areas and more• Ensure proper sanitazationamp; disinfection procedures are followed• Replenish supplies as needed• Ensure garbage disposal in proper bins• Clean all dryamp; wet spills throughout facility as required• Maintainamp; secure storage areas, cleaning equipmentamp; materials in an orderly manner• Report equipment repairs and stock shortages• Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs• Other duties as assignedSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:• Abiltiy to use auto scrubbers, burnishers, carpet cleaning equipment,amp; tucker pole• Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment• Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System• Ability to readamp; understand lablesamp; instructions• Previous custodial experience an asset• Acceptable security and criminal record check.REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability Must have a DrivingLicense, or ability to commute.
  • Ability to pass Canadian Background Check
