  • Develop and maintain relationships with grant organizations prior to, during and after grant contract periods.
  • Working with the technical team, create and submit the applications for grant funding.
  • Assist the Impossible Mining executive team with administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- Document creation and distribution- Logistical support- Shipping and receiving support- System administrator for various on-line portals- Office managementRequired Skills and Experience:
  • Past administrative experience.
  • Strong ability to make connections and speak with a range of people
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to learn and communicate a combination of business and technical concepts.
Desirable Additional Experience:
  • Experience working in a small business or technology startup
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Experience reviewing and summarizing documents
  • Experience with some or all of the Responsibilities and Duties listed
