Harrows Landscaping is a growing landscape construction company based in King City. We design and install a wide range of projects including boulder/pre-cast retaining walls, masonry work, interlocking, sodding and gardens. No grass cutting, no plowing. Each project has its own unique scope which keeps work fresh and engaging. You will be working directly alongside the owner. Providing a unique opportunity to learn not only the trade, but the intricacies of running a business. You will not be another cog in a large company!We are looking for Senior Installers and Laborers, for the upcoming season: April-December 2021 (Optional earlier end date for students)Benefits of working for Harrows Landscaping:· Work life balance: 9-10 months of work, with time off in the winter to pursue your passion· Training: Working alongside the founder teaches you the ins and outs of the industry· Wages: We offer top wages of $20-$30/hr depending on experience and ability· Overtime: During peak season, employees average 10-30 hrs of overtime a week!· Schedule: We are 5-6 days a week, but understand life happens and occasionally need a day off· Promotions: Wages are evaluated on work produced, the more you produce the more you earn!· Vehicles: Potential access to a company truck based on driving record and reliabilityWages are dependent upon experience and ability:· Senior Installers: $25-30/hr + OT· Laborers: $20-25/hr + OTHit us up with your resume for our review.
