Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at Ampco, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing the order flow from initial request to final delivery. Working closely with the Sales Department, Production, and Quality Assurance teams, you will act as a central point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders. Your responsibility will be to ensure accuracy, provide updates, and resolve any issues that may arise throughout the order process.
