This role involves collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement research and evaluation plans.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Analyze data and identify trends, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor and assess program performance against objectives.
  • Stay updated on best practices in research and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in research or program evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills.
  • Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, or Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
