Established in 1976 the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) is a First Nation governed post-secondary institution. You can contribute to that success while building your career.Nature and ScopeThe HR Recruitment Specialist provides front line professional recruitment services, as well as HR advisory services.This position will positively promote and create an environment that demonstrates SIIT #39;s vision, mission, and mandate.General AccountabilityThis position will serve a key role in supporting human resources initiatives that are aligned with the vision of the Institute. The HR Recruitment Specialist #39;s primary purpose is to provide professional support, consultation and coordination specific to the recruitment and selection process throughout the Institute. This position will also work closely with the Director and the HR Consultant in supporting other functions such as building job profiles, employee relations and project work as required. The HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the coordination of the recruitment cycle and provide recruitment training and guidance to hiring managers. This position will help leaders select top candidates while ensuring compliance with SIIT consistent practices, policies and legislation.
