Established in 1976 the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) is a First Nation governed post-secondary institution. You can contribute to that success while building your career.Nature and ScopeThe Human Resources (HR) Analyst provides leadership and support across multiple functions in the Employee Services department and across the Institute. This position will positively promote and create an environment that demonstrates SIIT #39;s vision, mission, and mandate.General AccountabilityAs a member of SIIT #39;s HR team, the incumbent provides direction, support and resources to deliver on the Institute #39;s employee services initiatives. The HR Analyst provides advice, direction and support throughout the Institute on HR programs and services related to SIIT #39;s human resources management system (HRMS), employment contracts, payroll, as well as, other project work. The role will also be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance SIIT #39;s HR policies and procedures, and connecting with other department leads on applicable policy development. This position will conduct research and analysis, while ensuring compliance with current policies and applicable legislation.
