Delivery Truck Drivers are expected to maintain a positive representation of Stan Dawe Building Centres both on the road and off. The main duty of a Delivery Truck Driver is to provide timely delivery of customers orders. They should also provide an outstanding customer service experience consistent with company values. Their job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Responsibilities:-Comply with policies and procedures regarding health and safety-Provide superior customer service-Safely operate a forklift-Inspect delivery truck before starting deliveries to ensure the truck is in proper working condition-Pick and load orders on truck for delivery-Complete deliveries-Other duties as assigned by supervisorsQualifications:-Outstanding customer service skills and a professional attitude-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record-Completion of forklift training is an asset, however not essential-Ability to work in a physically demanding environment-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyA criminal record check is a requirement of this position.We appreciate your interest in Stan Dawe Building Centres, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
