Guest Service Agent/Night AuditorFront desk/ Night AuditThe front desk /night auditor agent is a key part of the overall success of our business, they represent the first and last point of contact with guests and handle all stages of a guest’s stay. It is very important that the individual possesses a strong outgoing personality, with an ability to pay close attention to details. The successful candidate should be able to work well with others, while demonstrating an ability to work unsupervised.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests in a friendly manner and follow check in proceduresTake payments and post accurately to guest accountsFollow set polices regarding cash handlingGeneral clerical dutiesEnsure all credit cards, cash, and change fund are balanced throughout each shiftReconcile daily cash outs and produce daily cash out reportRun and Distribute Daily reports for management teamCommunicate with other departments in a friendly and professional mannerHandle guest communications in a discreet fashionBalancing and consolidating departmental ledger accounts, preparation of various hotel operating reports.Other duties as requiredQualificationsPrevious hospitality experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication skills , attention to detailKnowledgeable in Word, Excel, email and other computer programsAbility to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environmentDemonstrated strong customer service skillsAbility to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings , overnights and holidayJob Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: $14.00-$15.00 per hourSchedule:
