A growing family owned and operated construction company and manufacturer is seeking a Licensed 310T Truck Mechanic for a job in Cornwall, ON. The Diesel Truck Technician offers fantastic work stability with a well established and highly regarded organization, as well as the opportunity to work with a small team on a fleet of late model vehicles.Compensation$30.00 – $45.00/hour to start with a $3/hr shift premium on hours worked after 6:00pmBenefits available after 90 days include:· Medical· Dental· Vision· Life Insurance· Vacation· Tool and Boot allowanceScheduleAfternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday 1:00pm to 11:00pm, Fridays 3:00pm to 7:00pmRequirements· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems· Knowledgeable in Mack Trucks, Freightliner, and Kenworth· Perform preventative maintenance on all asset vehicles· Ability to read schematics and blueprints· Ability to work in a small team (team of 3 to 4)· Able to work independently with little to no supervision· Able to stay organized throughout shift and prioritize tasksMT1
