The role day to day:
  • A BCFSA Strata Property Manager License is required to be considered for this role.
  • Consistently demonstrate customer service excellence and help people.
  • Lead council and general meetings and communicate the details through minutes.
  • Follow systems and processes to ensure timelines for distribution are met.
  • Review and approve expenditures, monitor financial performance, and help clients develop budgets.
  • Build relationships and find solutions for conflicting parties if necessary.
  • Manage emergencies with a decisive and calm demeanor, troubleshoot situation,s and find positive solutions.
  • Coordinate schedules for required maintenance.
  • Supervise building employees including building caretakers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experienceamp; Qualifications:
  • BCFSA Strata Property Manager License is required to be considered for this role.
  • Excellent public speaking skills.
  • Excellent typing and knowledge of computer systems including Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
  • Valid driver #39;s license and own vehicle.
  • Clean criminal record check.
Position Details:
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • $60,000 – $85,000 annually (based on completion of BC Strata Property Management licensing requirements, experience and portfolio size).
  • Your licensing and ongoing education costs are covered by Proline, through our education funding program.
  • Property Managers are required to work evenings.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Working from home opportunities are available once training has been successfully completed.
  • Office closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
