The position would be responsible for the general maintenance of the physical plan have a general understanding of College operations, act as a labourer for renovations and capital projects as well as assisting in the testing and monitoring of the fire alarm, security alarm, HVAC systems and water filtering/testing.Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent, coupled with 2-3 years related building maintenance experience, Class 5 Driver #39;s License, First Aid Level 1.
