Job Description

We welcome you to be part of our college community of employees who are Rocky Mountain Inspired, Small College Proud.Student Housing Assistant Term Full-time As soon as possible to March 31, 2025Duties: Reporting to the Director, Student Engagement and assisting the Student Housing Coordinator and Student Housing Operations Specialist, this position is responsible for providing administrative support for student housing operations and providing our residents and guests with an appropriate physical and customer service environment. Responding to inquiries for information from students, employees and the general public; assisting in the management of the student housing waitlist, processing room assignments, calculation and data entry of damage and cleaning charges, processing payments and producing routine office correspondence. This position will provide consistently exceptional customer service to students, employees and the general public.Qualifications: Office Administration Certificate with a minimum 1 year of related experience in a customer service role along with;

  • Proficiency in MS Office software, and experienced with Excel
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment, debit/credit terminal
  • Good business math; able to count change
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, supportive of multi-cultural environment and consumer needs
